That legacy is the standard for Old Vine Estates– wines created for the dinner table to pour with family and friends. In winemaking terms, this means well balanced wines with natural acidity to compliment the fruit flavors and aromas; cool fermented, unoaked whites, and medium bodied reds with tamed tannins.
